AI Agency Operations OS
Connects agency onboarding, delivery, reporting and knowledge into one system with shared client data and approval rules (no sales or proposal agents).
Inbound leads are qualified, pitched on service fit, and booked onto discovery calls inside your sales playbook.
Agency leads go cold fast, and your team cannot answer every enquiry the moment it lands. AI Agency Sales Agent qualifies inbound leads against your ideal client profile, answers questions about your services and case studies, and books discovery calls straight into your calendar. Leads outside your rules go to a named person. Your team runs every pitch and closes every deal.

AI Agency Sales Agent qualifies inbound leads against your ideal client profile, answers questions about your services and case studies, and books discovery calls for your team inside the rules you set. Leads that fall outside your criteria, such as an unusual budget, go to a named person instead.
In a typical agency, selling falls to founders and senior staff, the same people delivering client work. Enquiries wait until someone has a gap, good-fit prospects book with a faster competitor, and poor-fit leads still take up discovery slots. AI Agency Sales Agent responds while interest is high, filters by your own criteria and fills the calendar with calls worth taking. The Scope Card sets the channel, the systems, the workflows and the qualification rules before you buy, so you know exactly what it will and will not do.
The agent qualifies inbound leads against your ideal client profile as they arrive. It answers questions through one agreed channel, so prospects hear back while still interested.
Leads are qualified against your own criteria before anyone books time. Those outside the criteria, such as an unusual budget, go to a named person to judge.
The agent answers questions about your services and case studies from up to 100 documents you provide. Answers stay within the material you approve. Prospects get accurate detail early.
Qualified leads can book discovery calls with your team inside the rules you set. The agent works with read and write access to up to two systems, such as your CRM and calendar.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $8,300 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $9,550 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $10,800 |
Before you start: Record your average lead response time and monthly discovery call count from your CRM.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running AI Agency Sales Agent afterwards costs roughly $50–250/month (AI model usage + hosting), plus your existing CRM or helpdesk plan, billed directly in your own accounts.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionWe recommend monthly maintenance: monitoring, fixes, and a monthly allowance of change hours, which covers a new qualifying question, an adjusted threshold or an updated case study. It starts after the 30 days of support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$415/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 4 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A chatbot tool bills per seat whether a lead gets qualified or not | A junior BD hire costs a salary whether pipeline is full or not | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A chatbot tool gives you a generic script you write yourself | Scope depends on who is answering enquiries that week | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Qualification | A chatbot tool rarely checks leads against your real qualification criteria | Consistency depends on who picks up the enquiry | Ours qualifies every lead against the same criteria, every time |
| Delivery | Sign-up is instant, teaching it your services and pricing is not | Typically several weeks before work even begins | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
The one-time build price is shown in the price and delivery panel on this page, next to each delivery speed. It covers everything on the Scope Card: up to six workflows, your qualification criteria, read and write access to two systems and 50 test scenarios before launch. Once your Scope Card is confirmed, that price holds.
Sales Agent works at the front of the pipeline, qualifying inbound leads and booking discovery calls before a formal relationship exists. AI Agency Proposal Agent drafts the actual proposal and pricing after a discovery call has happened. One brings prospects in the door, the other turns a qualified conversation into a document a client can sign.
No. It qualifies leads against your criteria and books discovery calls directly into your calendar, but it does not negotiate terms or close business. Anything outside your qualification rules, an unusual budget or a service you don't offer, is routed to the approver you named rather than pushed forward automatically.
Roughly $50 to $250 a month in your own accounts for AI model usage and hosting, plus whatever you already pay for your CRM or scheduling plan. It rises with lead volume. You pay providers directly. The one-time build price is separate and shown with each delivery speed in the price and delivery panel on this page.
The price and delivery panel on this page shows the time for each speed, counted from the day your intake is complete and access is verified. Most of the build goes into teaching it your services, case studies and qualification rules, then testing it across 50 scenarios so it handles real enquiries the way your team would.
It needs admin or API access, with both read and write permissions, to the up to two systems it should act in, typically your CRM and your calendar or scheduling tool. Sandbox or test records are welcome if you have them, and admin access and API keys are shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never by email.
Yes. Adjusting a qualifying question or a threshold fits inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance. Adding a seventh workflow or a third connected system beyond what's in scope is a bigger change and gets a written Change Quote first.
Order AI Agency Sales Agent and inbound leads are qualified and booked onto discovery calls on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
