AI Training Content Generator for Logistics
Turns source material into structured lessons, adapted for Logistics businesses that need to train warehouse staff and drivers on procedures and safety.
Registration, enrollment and logistics questions handled directly, with approvals routed to the right staff member.
Every term brings the same wave of questions: am I registered, can I switch course, can I have an extension. AI Student Support Agent answers them from your approved information and acts on routine requests inside the rules you set, updating your systems as it goes. Anything that needs a decision goes to the right staff member, so your team handles exceptions, not repeats.

AI Student Support Agent handles a student's administrative and logistical questions, such as registration status, enrollment changes and deadline extensions, acting inside the rules you set rather than answering course-content questions. It answers from your approved information, updates your systems where your rules allow and passes anything outside them to the right staff member.
Student services teams spend the busiest weeks of each term answering the same questions by email and phone, while the cases that really need a person wait in the queue. Slow replies frustrate applicants and can cost you enrollments. This build handles the routine requests directly and within your rules, and hands the rest to staff with the details already captured. The Scope Card lists the channel, systems and workflows in writing before you order, so you know exactly what it can change and what it must pass on.
The agent handles students' administrative questions, such as registration status and enrollment changes. It answers from your approved information through one agreed channel. Students get a quick reply at any hour, even outside office time.
Where your rules allow, the agent updates your systems directly, with read and write access to up to two systems. Up to six workflows cover your common requests.
Deadline extension requests are handled inside the rules you set. Anything outside them is passed to the right staff member rather than decided by the agent.
The agent stays on administrative and logistical questions, not course content. Requests it should not handle go to the right person, so students reach help that fits.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $8,300 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $9,550 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $10,800 |
Before you start: Count admin emails and enrollment requests in the first weeks of last term, and note how long changes took.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build price is one-time. Running it is billed in your own accounts, mostly AI model usage and hosting, plus whatever you already pay for your student information system: roughly $50 to $250 a month.
AI usage during the build and testing is also billed to your accounts, so you keep ownership of every provider relationship. Nothing runs through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionFor AI Student Support Agent, monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes and change hours each month, enough for a new term's policy update. It starts after the thirty days of support, bills monthly, and can be cancelled any month.
$415/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 4 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A generic student-portal chatbot charges a monthly platform fee | A student-services consultancy quotes after discovery calls | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A generic chatbot answers from whatever content it can find, not your rules | An agency agrees scope during the project | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Actions | Most portal chatbots point students to a form rather than acting | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours acts directly within your approval limits, and escalates the rest |
| Delivery | A generic chatbot is live the day you subscribe, untrained on your rules | An agency usually takes several weeks, set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
The build is a one-time fixed price, shown in the price panel on this page next to each delivery speed. It covers one channel, up to six workflows with your approval rules, read and write connections to two systems, your knowledge documents, scenario testing and the review rounds on the Scope Card. We charge nothing per student request afterwards; AI usage and hosting run in your own accounts.
The delivery time is fixed before you buy and shown in the delivery panel on this page, with faster options where offered. It starts once your policies, term dates and access to your student systems are in. Most of the build goes into the workflows and their approval rules, then testing them against realistic cases such as late enrollment and extension requests before your review rounds.
It commonly connects to a student information system or registrar tool, reading enrollment and registration status and writing approved changes back, up to two systems with read and write access. Tell us your specific system during intake, most platforms with an API or a documented integration path, including many built on top of an LMS such as Canvas or Moodle, can be connected.
It is routed to the staff member you named, with the full request and context attached, rather than guessed at or refused outright. Nothing about an exception, a refund past the limit, an unusual extension request, is decided without a rule you set in advance, and every escalation is logged for later review.
AI Student Support Agent handles administrative requests, registration, enrollment changes, deadlines, and can act on them within your rules. AI Learning Assistant instead answers questions about course content itself and cannot change a student's record. Institutions needing both often run them side by side on different channels.
Running costs are separate from the build price and paid directly to your own providers, typically $50 to $250 a month for AI model usage and hosting, plus whatever you already pay for your student information system. Monthly maintenance is optional.
Yes. Two rounds of changes are included in the build, so most rule adjustments happen before launch based on the 50 test scenarios. After that, updates for a new term's policy or a revised approval limit fit inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance, and a seventh workflow comes as a quoted add-on.
You do. Every request, playbook and action log stays under your own student information system throughout the build and afterwards, and we never hold a separate copy. We configure and test the workflows, hand over an admin guide and written handover report, then step away at launch, apart from the 30 days of included support.
Order AI Student Support Agent and it starts handling registration and logistics requests on a fixed delivery date. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
